A Geographic Information System for 3 micro-regions of ECUADOR: South of Manabi, Central Foothills of Los Andes, and Western Zone of Los Rios. The System was developed by the Information Techonologies Center of ESPOL (Guayaquil, ECUADOR) for a governmental organization PROLOCAL. The system also has two intelligent modules: a guide tutor for crops, and a scenary simulator.
