AmeiN doesn't work with arcGis 9.2

The icon is always gray and nothing happens.

You could try their mailing list (https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/avein-users), or maybe try to use QuantumGIS instead.

Are you sure the extension is turned on (under Tools Extensions)? AmeiN works great for me under ArcGIS 9.2 SP3.
