QA/Tests Checklist

The QA checklist is now replaced by this questionnaires. Nevertheless the links found below could be used to get more inf.ormation.

We will maintain one copy of the QA/Test Checklist for each beta and release candidate leading to the final release. Each cell of the checklist corresponds to a feature or portion of the software to be tested: to learn the meaning of each cell and the corresponding test cases click here

To ease the testing process and enable the testers to test the most recent MapServer version we made available the fgs package installer on Unix and the ms4w installer on Windows. You can find more information on ms4w here.

The extents to which each feature is tested is left up to the testers at this point. For each test performed, indicate the results with:

• p = passed
• f = failed (include a bug # as reference, or a note below the table)
• c = compiled (don't know if it works, but at least it compiles)

Leave cells empty for tests that you are unable to perform.
