[mapserver-users] who is in charge?

hello-
i have been trying to get removed from this email list for quite some time,
and nothing is working.  i think the problem for me is that the address that
i signed up under (cogansco@msu.edu) is not the same as the address which my
mail is sent from when i unsubscribe (cogansco@pilot.msu.edu).
unfortunatly, i cannot change this.  does anyone know who is in charge of
the list so that i could get my address removed manually?  thanks
