I've noticed that netscape sometimes does that on some pages.  A lot of the
time, I can trace it down to a syntax error in the html page e.g. missing
table end tag etc.  Although I don't think later netscapes are as sensitive
to not-so perfect html.

Whenever I implemented the mapplet function into my map, the browser 
always seems to be transferring data, even though everything has loaded 
properly. I am using Netscape 6.2.

Any ideas areappreciated.
